Freedmen Nation is a self-governing body and Private Membership Association (PMA) operating under the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust. It serves PMA Verified Freedmen exclusively, offering programs designed to restore economic sovereignty, legal protection, and community power through a private reparative framework. Freedmen Nation provides genealogy assistance, history preservation, political engagement, legal aid, economic development, housing support, education, wellness services, mentorship, and financial literacy—all governed by the Trust’s mission to rebuild and protect the Freedmen status through self-determination and private reparative action.

Restorative Allocation
The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust makes Freedmen successors the sole beneficiaries, providing direct financial reparations and economic empowerment. It manages and distributes funds for recurring reparations payments, land acquisitions, business investments, and legal advocacy to support Freedmen rights. The Trust ensures exclusive Freedmen ownership of resources while maintaining financial oversight and accountability through structured approvals and governance.
