Freedmen Nation Appoints Trust Education & Empowerment Administrator

Strengthening Generational Wealth for Freedmen Families

Freedmen Nation is proud to announce the appointment of a Trust Education & Empowerment Administrator under the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust. This vital position represents a major step forward in our commitment to helping Verified Freedmen secure, manage, and transfer wealth through properly structured trusts.

At its core, this appointment is about building power that lasts.

For too long, the tools of generational wealth—such as family trusts, personal trusts, and estate planning—have been inaccessible or underutilized by the Freedmen community. The newly appointed Administrator will ensure these tools are not only available but fully understood and actively used by our people.

Responsibilities of the Administrator

The Trust Education & Empowerment Administrator will:

  • Provide training and mentorship to Freedmen individuals and families on how to create and manage personal and family trusts.

  • Lead workshops and seminars (both virtual and in-person) focused on trust structure, property protection, and inheritance strategies.

  • Offer 1-on-1 guidance to members who need personalized support completing trust documents or managing legal components. (Depending on the Administrators time).

  • Maintain a library of educational resources, templates, and videos that will live on the Freedmen Nation platform.

  • Track progress, engagement, and success stories across the Freedmen community to ensure accountability and impact.

This role is designed with one mission in mind: to build a foundation that keeps Freedmen-owned property in Freedmen hands—permanently.

Why This Role Matters

Freedmen families often face systemic obstacles when it comes to land retention, asset security, and wealth transfer. From gentrification to financial exploitation, the risks are real. Trust education is one of the strongest defenses against those risks.

By equipping our members with the legal knowledge and tools to create irrevocable trusts, we safeguard homes, businesses, and community resources—ensuring they are preserved for future generations.

This is not just about financial literacy.

This is about economic sovereignty.

Moving Forward

With this appointment, the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust continues to act with precision, focus, and service to the people it was built for—Verified Freedmen with ancestry rooted in U.S. chattel slavery.

The Trust Education & Empowerment Work Group will expand over the coming months, with new initiatives aimed at helping Freedmen families gain financial clarity and confidence through trust planning.

Stay tuned for upcoming workshops, Q&A sessions, and downloadable materials.

We’re building something permanent—and it starts with protecting what’s ours.
